SECTION III: BIG DATA (Wednesday, December 2 )

Chapters One - Six - Notes limited to a single blank 4X6” notecard for each of the three tests.  You may write terms or other prompts.  You cannot write the words “true” or “false” (or any other reference thereto, such as “ T“ or “F”), nor can you wirte the single letters “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” (or other means of reference thereto). Basically, you have to record the facts and terms underlying the answers.  You prioritize what goes onto the card. 

IF YOU MISS THE REVIEW SESSION, YOU WILL BE AT A DISADVANTAGE FOR THIS SECION OF THE MIDTERM.  In that case, you have two choices: 1) Take the test as scheduled (copying someone else’s notes would be acceptable), OR 2) Use the % of your cumulative midterm scores as your final score. 

Monday, December 6  Last Section of Midterm - Chapters Five - Six Only (Open Note) Notes will be collected for a grade upon completion of this last midterm.  If you are absent, you will take this last section of the midterm on the day of the final.
